League of Legends is updated frequently to be exactly an update happens each 2-3 weeks so you need to be consistently on the ball with the recent changes to know what is going on with the game state and which champions are not worthy a ban anymore since they could be just turbo nerfed and not as strong as before.

 

When Will Patch 13.15 Go Live?

The League of Legends Patch 13.15 is expected to be released on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

 

Release Time and Server Maintenance

- NA: 3:00 AM PT

- EUW: 5:00 UK time

- EUNE: 3:00 CET

 

There is a good way of playing Ranked Games full time while servers are under maintenance however this would only be for EU players, which is that you need simply 2 accounts. One on EUNE and the other on EUW, if you play to play some ranked games and sadly today is the day of the patch then simply play the whole day on the EUNE server and when the patch will hit at 3:00am CET go back to EUW and in this time when they will turn on ranked games on EUW, there will be already the newest and latest patch update on EUNE, with ranked games open to play, just remember the queue times then are completly brutal at this time of the day!

Champion Buffs

These champions will simply be a lot better during this patch with some extra power.

 

1. Caitlyn: 

  • Passive – Headshot: Critical Chance Ratio: 1.2 >>> 1.3.
  • R – Ace In The Hole: Critical Ratio: 2.5% Damage per 10% Critical Chance >>> 3.5% Damage per 10% Critical Chance.

  • Base Stats: AD Growth: 3.5 >>> 3.8.
  • R – The Hextech Ultimatum: Bonus On-Hit Base Damage: 5/10/15 >>> 20/30/40.

 

‍3. Gwen: 

  • Base Stats: HP Regeneration: 8.5 >>> 9.0.
  • W – Hallowed Mist: Bonus Resistances: 17/19/21/23/25 (+7% AP) >>> 22/24/26/28/30 (+7% AP).

  • Glacial Augment**: The zoning slow of Glacial Augment is changing fairly significantly.
  • Night Harvester**: Now only triggers on Auto Attacks, Direct Spells, and Pets.
  • Smite on Champion Pets**: Smite is getting a massive change as Pets will not be that much affected when they are smited.

 

Is the Arena 2v2v2v2 in Patch 13.15?

Yes the arena will remain until the Soul Fighter Event is on, and we are slowley getting to the end of it but not just quite yet since it will end on the 28th of August, 2023 at 11:59 PM (PT) Time zone.
