1.1 By accessing or using FFBoost15.eu ("the Website") and its coaching consultations, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
1.2 If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services (consulting).

2. Coaching Services (Consulting)

2.1 Our services include coaching, strategy guidance, and gameplay advice for League of Legends by top 1% player which great amount of experience & achievements in the ladder.
2.2 Coaching sessions will be conducted online using platforms such as Discord, or similar alternative.
2.3 While we aim to help you improve, results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort we are just giving you the right direction & showing you, your problems that prevent you from getting better at the game.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 All payments are securely processed through Stripe API integration, ensuring a smooth and reliable transaction experience.

3.2 Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

If the coaching session is canceled by the coach.
If technical issues prevent the coaching session from being delivered.

3.3 If you are not satisfied within the first 15 minutes of a coaching session, you may request a full refund. However, after the initial 15 minutes, refunds will no longer be available.

3.4 Customers may cancel their coaching session at any time before the session starts or within the first 15 minutes and still qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made after the first 15 minutes are not eligible for a refund.

3.5 For customers who purchase a discounted coaching package (containing multiple sessions):

If you decide to cancel the package after completing one or more sessions, a partial refund will be issued.
The refund will be calculated by deducting the full, non-discounted price of the completed session(s) from the total package price. This ensures fairness, as discounts apply only to unused sessions within the package.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 We collect personal information, such as your Discord username and contact details (email), to deliver our consultation.
4.2 Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.3 We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on FFBoost15.eu, including blogs, website design & layout is the property of FFBoost15.eu.
5.2 You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any Website content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 FFBoost15.eu is not responsible for any actions taken by Riot Games on your account, including warnings, suspensions, or bans.
6.2 We are not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or delays that may occur during coaching sessions if you need to reschedule it's always possible.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
7.2 Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website.
7.3 Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
